Admin & Logistics Assistant

Retail Operations · Inventory & Logistics Support
Office based in TTDI, Damansara

Full-Time

This role works closely with various departments to support inventory information, logistics coordination, order status updates and stock-related matters across retail, ecommerce and marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and familiarise with the Warehouse Management and ERP system to provide inventory updates to managers.
  • Support the retail team on stock allocation and stock-related matters for stores across Malaysia.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately synced across ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
  • Arrange and coordinate stock requests from various departments for movement to stores, offices and other locations.
  • Assist the Customer Service team on customer order issues by liaising with warehouse and third-party logistics partners.
  • Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the retail industry.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills for working with team members, customers and vendors.
  • Fast learner, well organised, positive-minded and good at problem solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Live Host

TikTok & Shopee Livestream · Sales Presentation
Based in Clube Melissa, LaLaport

Full-Time Part-Time

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Live Host to conduct livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee platforms. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, able to engage audiences effectively, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional livestream atmosphere. This role focuses primarily on live hosting and sales presentation during livestream sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct livestream sessions according to assigned schedules on TikTok and/or Shopee.
  • Present and introduce products clearly and confidently during live sessions.
  • Engage with viewers, answer questions and maintain audience interaction.
  • Drive product awareness and sales conversion during livestreams.
  • Maintain professionalism, energy and brand image throughout sessions.
  • Follow livestream SOPs, campaign directions and promotional mechanics.
  • Coordinate with the operations team before and during live sessions when necessary.
  • Ensure punctual attendance for all scheduled livestream sessions.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to maintain energy and engagement during long livestream sessions.
  • Prior livestream or sales experience is an advantage.
