Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within fourteen (14) days upon receiving. While we strive to accommodate all reasonable return requests, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests at our sole discretion.

MELISSA.MY does not offer direct or immediate exchanges for returned products. Instead, once your return is accepted, we will process a refund to your original payment method, which may take up to 5 business days. Unless otherwise specified in writing by MELISSA.MY, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for assessment.

Returned items should be unused and include any original price or brand tags. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and could be sent back to the customer at their expense. Any authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags, should also be included with your return.

Please note that return requests made more than 5 days after receiving of the products will be considered at our discretion. To ensure your return is accepted, please send items within 14 days of MELISSA.MY’s official acceptance of your return request. Products sent outside these timeframes may not be accepted.

Return requests made after the return period has expired will be rejected. If you send your parcel after the 14-day return period, it will be returned to you.

Return Process

  1. Email us atmelissa@envi.me within 5 working days upon receiving your products. Your request should include the reason(s) for the return.
  2. You will receive an email notification once your request has been received and approved. We aim to respond to all return requests within 1-2 business days.
  3. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition within 14 days upon receiving.
  4. We reserve the right to request that the product be sent, at your cost, for further evaluation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the return request.
  5. Items damaged due to purchaser’s fault or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. The assessment will take 3-7 business days upon receive of the returned item.
  6. For accepted refund requests, the refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.
  7. Refunds will be based on the original order transaction amount, minus any shipping fee.

 

Sales/Markdown Items

Items marked as 'Sale' or ‘Discounted’ are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including items purchased with promo codes.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days upon receiving your purchase. We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges involving defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Design

If you wish to exchange for a different design, it must be of equal or greater value. We do not offer refunds for items priced lower than the purchased item.

Exchange Costs

For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item and send the new one. The cost is RM12.00 per exchange, with a maximum of 2 exchanges per order.
